THE MEN WHO KILLED KENNEDY - Original Aired UK Version - 25th October 1988
Since 1997, I have been trying to obtain the original
broadcast version of The Men Who Killed Kennedy documentary which aired in the
UK on 25th October 1988.
In 1998, I contacted Central Independent Television duty
office to see if I could obtain the original broadcast version from them,
because after the broadcast in 1988 the documentary caused much controversy due
to the naming of the three "alleged" French hit men. Later Central
Television agreed to have an additional debate for balance, which was held in
Washington DC, and was hosted by Peter Sissons.
The documentary was repackaged and edited because of the
controversy regarding the three named French hit men, and was sold to
A&E.
In 2024 I managed to make contact with someone who had the
original broadcast, and allowed me to have a copy of it. I would like to give
special thanks to Steve Higgings for sending me the original recording he made
in 1988.

- 16th November 1988
The Men Who Killed Kennedy began with two 50-minute segments originally aired on 25 October 1988 in the United Kingdom, entitled simply Part One and Part Two. The programmes were produced by Nigel Turner, for Central Television for the ITV network.
The British Parliament, Independent Broadcasting Authority forced Central Television to produce a third episode dedicated to the false allegations.
A studio discussion titled The Story Continues, chaired by broadcaster Peter Sissons aired on November 16, 1988.
